Fatness with "MILK"

 
     Many women always afraid to drink milk because they think that milk comes with fat but from the research found that drinking milk can diet.   

     The researcher had followed more than 300 fat person at the age of 40-65 years old that they have to eat low fat food, low carbohydrate and Mediterranean diet for 2 years. The result found that the group that eat hi-calcium about 580 milligram per day or comparing with the 2 glasses of milk. They can lost 12 pound in 2 years and for the group that eat only 150 milligram per day or comparing with half glass of milk can lost only 7 pound.    

    
The researcher explained the difference that milk can increase power in the body it make good metabolism. "Milk makes me feel full and feel satisfy. I don't want to eat more sugar, soft drink, sweet juice or any soda drink any more" 


     Moreover the research found that in milk has vitamin D that help diet...the revel of vitamin D that recommend per day is 400 milligram or comparing with 4 glasses of low fat milk or non fat milk.


so if you want to lost your weight, drink more milk per day is recommend!!!!
