Tips to make you feel fresh after woke up!!



After waking up, sometime you may feel debility. Today I will have some useful tips to make you feel fresh after you woke up...

1. Start your day with the fresh water - After we have the long sleep, drinking fresh water is to refill the water to our bodies. It's also make our brain fresh.


2. Using 5-10 minutes for some exercising - This suggestion likes when we stretch in the morning. We have to focus on the part of body that we usually use for example if we have to use the computer, we have to focus on shoulder ,arms and palm.     


3. Eating grain food and protein for the breakfast - You have to reduce some carbohydrate. Eating breakfast is very important, it will make your body ready in do things for the whole day. 


4. Changing your habits in drinking coffee to ginger's tea - Ginger can help the blood pressure goes well and make your body get warm and have well digestion.
