It's easy to have bright and healthy skin!!



Taking care our skin, we have to do it when we were teenager. It means how fast we take care of it, the younger of our skin we will be. Moreover, we can get rid of wrinkle and stay healthy of the skin cell. There are 5 things you have to follow.
     sun protection  We must apply the sun protection before leaving home everyday because the ultra violet of the sun can damage our skin for more than 80% that can be causes of wrinkle.
 
    sleeping posture We have to have 6-8 hours per day for sleeping. For people who like to put upside sleeping with their face touch the pillow, that side can have pimple more than the other side. Thus, we have to change posture by lie on ours back or choose the soft clean pillow case such as satiny or silk fabric to figure out this problems.
 
    Food The bright and healthy skin comes from the good consumption especially vitamin that can slow down the damage of skin cell such as vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E. It can be found in the vegetables and fruits. Moreover, not only good consumption but also drinking water. Drinking fresh water 6-8 cups per day, your skin will be refreshed and bright.

      rest We have to have enough rest because our skin can not be bright if we do not have a good health. 

    Relax  Stress can make our face have wrinkle and pimple, so we have to find the way to relax for example listen to musics, shopping, joking etc. This can release stress.
